Start a game and place a well on the map. Right click on the well, then hit [Alt] and [k] to enable the cheat codes. Then press [Alt] and [c] for stacks of cash or [Alt] and [v] to move onto the next map.
At the character select screen

Press {Tab}, then type in one of the following codes:

fly - flying mode
ghost - No clipping
god - God mode

When you're playing a mission, press {F1} and then type in mia complete to finish the mission instantly and move on to the next.
