REVIEW: -

Ninja is a fast Arcade style fighting team with a small puzzle element within its three environment. There are over 50 enemies to encounter, including some really tough looking bosses. It has 12 levels set in various locations outside and inside of ancient Japan. The main character will make use of weapons which can be used normally or powered by magic. In addition to the normal combat moves, he has five different special moves.

Most elements that appear in games these these have already been seen. Shadow of Darkness contains a variety of special effects, fast gameplay and plenty of action. This keeps the game player totally occupied, both visually and mentally. The best part of the game is the overall balance of the gameplay elements (frantic action, arcade style fighting and the platform and puzzle elements) not to mention the bosses you are going to meet on your journey through the game! There are not many games on the Playstation like this because it is so action packed and it will keep you entertained until you've finished it.

The number of things that are happening on screen at once, and the overall size and quantity of baddies are immense. Also with the use of some breath taking special effects, such as water pouring from the sky with lightning, shows that Eidos have worked hard on the speed of the game and at a speedy framework and rate. All of these keep the game flowing with action.

Shadow of darkness is a game for you people that like a lot of action and good fast fluent fighting. The graphics are a good and really make your moves look like you are really hitting your enemy. As you pick up the power ups your hits become stronger. As you get stronger your magic will become more powerful. This is a good action game and it will keep you entertained.
